"The system and the Sprint genuinely changed my life."
- Logan, Winter 2026 Cohort
WHO THIS IS FOR
The Sprint is not for every dad. It's for a specific kind of man.
You're a high-performing father — an executive, entrepreneur, or leader — who has built something real in your career. You think in systems. You lead well. People follow you.But at home you're running on instinct and goodwill rather than intention and structure. You can feel the gap between the leader you are at work and the leader you are at home.
Specifically, this is for you if:
You've read the Blueprint. Now you want to actually build it.
Your kids are growing up fast. You feel the urgency of that window closing.
You want your wife to genuinely respect and follow your lead — not because you demanded it but because you earned it.
You're tired of consuming content about family leadership without anything actually changing at home.
You want personalized support and value doing this work alongside other serious men.
This is not for you if:
You're looking for a quick fix or shortcut. Guys who go all-in get life changing results.
Your primary goal is changing your wife or fixing your kids. Everything in this program starts with you.
You're not willing to be vulnerable. The cohort is small and personalized for those willing to be real.
This program is designed for men who feel primary responsibility for the direction and health of their families. That's the foundation everything here is built on. If that framing is a dealbreaker, this probably isn't your program. If it's a question you're still working through, this program is for you.
“This isn’t simply for guys who need a wake-up call. It’s for dads who already care deeply but need the framework to translate that into consistent action.”- Jordan F.
Fall 2025 Cohort
“We didn’t just talk about change, we actually implemented things. Starting a weekly family meeting has been most impactful, and I'm looking forward to coming back to more elements in the months to come.”- Ryan L.
Fall 2025 Cohort
“Being around other dads who are trying to grow was huge for me. Men tend to isolate, but deep down we crave community like this.”- Ben K.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
Start With the Blueprint. Build It in the Sprint. The Family Leadership Blueprint lays out the framework. It's free, it's about an hour to read, and it covers all six steps of the Family Leadership System in enough depth to take real action.
Most men who download the Blueprint feel the conviction. They see their score, they know where the gaps are, and they want the full system. Then life happens. The urgency fades. Six months later they're in the same place. The Sprint exists to close that gap.Over 30 days, you don't just read about the system. You start building it, with accountability at the points where men most commonly get stuck, second-guess themselves, or need a push to take the next step.If you've read the Blueprint and you're ready to build, the Sprint is the obvious next step.
Step 1 — Establish Your Rhythm
You'll establish the daily connection rituals and weekly family meeting that make your leadership visible and consistent to the people who matter most. By the end of week one your family will already feel the difference.Step 2 — Build Your Brotherhood
You'll identify the men who belong in your circle and initiate the relationships that will sustain this work long after the Sprint ends. The cohort itself is the beginning of this. You won't finish the Sprint without at least one real brother alongside you.Step 3 — Create Stability
You'll take an honest look at what's on the edge in your home — emotionally, financially, physically, and digitally — and close the gaps that have been quietly undermining everything you're trying to build.Step 4 — Build Your Leadership Team
You'll have the alignment conversation with your wife, establish role clarity, and begin engaging conflict directly rather than avoiding it. Your marriage will move from functional to genuinely aligned.Step 5 — Define Your Culture
You'll define your family's core values, draft your mission statement, and cast a vision for where your family is headed — together with your wife and kids in a way that produces genuine ownership rather than compliance.Step 6 — Develop Your People
You'll identify the season each of your kids is in, answer the four launch window questions for each one, and put an accountability framework in place that builds capability rather than just compliance. Before anything else, this program is about building you. Self-leadership runs through every step because influence always flows from the inside out.
How It Works
The Sprint is a 30 day program designed for men with full lives and limited margin. Everything about how it's structured reflects that. Expect to invest two to three hours per week in the following:
Daily Guided Content (10 mins/day): Every weekday you'll receive a short email with focused content, a personal story or example, and one specific application to your marriage or family. Less than five minutes to read and five minutes for reflection. Designed for early morning before the day starts.
Digital Workbook (Yours to keep): No more than a few questions per day. Capture your responses and track your progress. Men consistently tell us this is the resource they return to most in the months after the Sprint ends.
Personal Coaching (30 mins/weekly): You'll have direct access to Andrew throughout the 30 days. Four weekly 30-minute calls between just the two of you to talk through what's working, where you're stuck, and what your specific situation actually calls for. This is the part that books and podcasts simply cannot provide.
A Brotherhood of Serious Men (Three hours total): You'll go through the Sprint alongside a small cohort of men who are serious about the same thing you're serious about. Group calls at the start, midpoint, and end. The brotherhood you're building in Step 2 starts here.
The next cohort launches end of April, 2026There is no fee for this cohort. The cost is your time and commitment. I have a small number of spots and I'm filling them through personal invitation only.
