The 30-Day Family Leadership Sprint

You filled out the scorecard or read the Blueprint. You felt the gap. You know there's opportunity for more at home. And then Monday came, and work swallowed the week, and nothing actually changed. That's not a knowledge problem. You already know most of what you should be doing. It's an execution problem. And execution doesn't get solved by more content. It gets solved by prioritizing, doing the reps, and having men who actually hold you to it.That's the Sprint. Thirty days. Five men. One coach who's walked this road. We build the first two steps of the Blueprint — family connection and brotherhood, on top of the self-leadership that runs through all of it. All with a group of serious men doing the same work right beside you.You don't finish the whole system in thirty days. You start it. And you start it in a way that sticks.

Next cohort starts September 1. Five seats.

"The system and the Sprint genuinely changed my life."
- Logan, Winter 2026 Cohort

WHO THIS IS FOR

You lead at work. You've built systems, hit targets, earned the room's respect. Then you walk in your front door and the same intentionality isn't there. You feel the gap. You've felt it for a while.

This is for you if:

  • You have the Blueprint. Now you want to actually build it.

  • Work gets the best of you and your family gets the rest.

  • Your kids are getting older and you feel the window closing.

  • You want your wife to genuinely respect and follow your lead because you earned it.

  • You're tired of being the guy who knows better and isn't executing.

  • You want other men in your corner who will tell you the truth.

This is not for you if:

  • You want a quick fix. This is thirty days of doing the work, not reading about it.

  • You're in genuine crisis. This isn't therapy. This is for guys that want to go from good to great.

  • You're not willing to be honest with five other men about where you really are.

What Real Dads Are Saying

“This isn’t simply for guys who need a wake-up call. It’s for dads who already care deeply but need the framework to translate that into consistent action.”- Jordan F.

“We didn’t just talk about change, we actually implemented things. Starting a weekly family meeting has been most impactful, and I'm looking forward to coming back to more elements in the months to come.”- Ryan L.

“Being around other dads who are trying to grow was huge for me. Men tend to isolate, but deep down we crave community like this.”- Ben K.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

Three rhythms that create real change.

Self-leadership. You can't lead your family from an empty tank. You'll build one non-negotiable self-leadership rhythm and you'll protect it like it matters. It's the rep that makes every other rep possible.Family connection. A weekly family meeting that anchors the week. A regular rhythm with your wife that's more than logistics. And real presence with the kid you've been quietly drifting from. Small, specific, and something your family will actually feel.Brotherhood. Five men doing the exact same work, in the same thirty days, who know where you really stand and have permission to call you on it. This is the part your buddies and your men's group don't give you.

How It Works

A short morning read. A few minutes, in your inbox, each morning. Enough to point you at the day's rep without filling your morning with content you've already consumed. The Blueprint already gave you the ideas. This keeps you moving.Daily accountability. A simple daily tally that tracks whether you did what you committed to. All the guys see it. The point isn't perfection. The point is to start measuring what matters most.Weekly 1-on-1 coaching. Six calls with me across the Sprint and the weeks after. Personal, direct, focused on your reps and the specific opportunities and challenges you're facing.Group calls. Three across the cohort. The brotherhood forms here, and it keeps going after. The rhythms run seven days a week. The daily reading takes a couple minutes. Simple, and still hard enough to be meaningful.

The Investment: $1,000

$1,000 covers the 30-day Sprint, six 1-on-1 coaching calls, the daily content and accountability, the group calls, and your first 60 days inside the Brotherhood after the Sprint ends. After that, the Brotherhood continues at $200/month for the men who want to keep going. Real change continues in the months after, when consistency is the thing that breaks. The Sprint lights the fire. The Brotherhood keeps it lit. You can step off anytime.Five seats. Next Sprint launches September 1.
